Returns and Exchanges
All sale items are final and no refunds are available for 50% off sale.
If you live in Australia and would like to return or exchange an item not on sale, you may do so within 21 days of receiving the product for an exchange or refund. After 21 days of receipt, we are unable to accept returned goods.
Items must be returned to us for a refund or exchange according to the following conditions:
- The garment is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached. Garment must be free of any make-up and deodorant marks.
- Include your order number as proof of purchase.
- Your returned item/s arrive at our office within 21 days of receiving your return authorisation.
- If you wish to exchange, please notify us with your preferred style/size/colour as soon as possible.
Customers are responsible for posting goods back to _BAIS.
A My Post Business shipping label will be emailed to you within 24 hours of receiving notice of return or exchange. Please take this to your local Australia Post Shop and they will assist you with the preparation and shipping of items.
Refunds are made against the original credit card used. We cannot refund onto a different card. We process refunds within 1-2 days of receiving your returned item/s, however please keep in mind it can take up to 10 business days for the refund to show on your account.
Be advised that if your purchase is over $1000, we will contact you prior to dispatch to verify your credit card details and obtain a photocopy and/or scan of a photo ID displaying your full name, as well as a scan of the credit card in use. This is to protect customers against credit card fraud and it is required by law to obtain this information prior to despatch. Customers who have requested credit notes will be emailed a _BAIS gift card to the value of the credit received, this will include a unique code for future purchases and is valid for 12 months from date of issue.
- Our company policy and systems do not support refunds with Afterpay purchases.
- For items purchased with Afterpay, we are able to offer a credit note.
- Any package being to us requesting a refund which has been purchased through Afterpay will automatically be issued with a credit note.
- Afterpay is a separate entity, any queries in its regards must be made to the directly.
