Returns and Exchanges
If you live in Australia and would like to return or exchange an item, you may do so within 7 days of receiving the product for an exchange or refund. After 7 days of receipt, we are unable to accept returned goods.
Items must be returned to us for a refund (full-price only) or exchange according to the following conditions:
- The garment is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached. Garment must be free of any make-up and deodorant marks.
- Include your order number as proof of purchase.
- Your returned item/s arrive at our office within 7 days of receiving your return authorisation.
- If you wish to exchange, please notify us with your preferred style/size/colour as soon as possible.
- Please note sale items are final sale and can only be returned for a site credit.
- Cost of refund is paid to the customer. Where a receipt for postage is provided to return goods, the cost will be refunded only up to the amount of original postage paid. Any additional payment made by the customer to return goods to _BAIS, beyond the original postage charge paid by the customer, will not be refunded.
Customers are responsible for posting goods back to _BAIS. We recommend using a prepaid service that offers tracking (such as Australia Post Express satchels within Australia). This ensures safe receipt of goods and prevents missing items. _BAIS is not responsible for any lost incoming parcels.
Refunds are made against the original credit card used. We cannot refund onto a different card. We process refunds within 1-2 days of receiving your returned item/s, however please keep in mind it can take up to 10 business days for the refund to show on your account.
Be advised that if your purchase is over $1000, we will contact you prior to dispatch to verify your credit card details and obtain a photocopy and/or scan of a photo ID displaying your full name, as well as a scan of the credit card in use. This is to protect customers against credit card fraud and it is required by law to obtain this information prior to despatch. Customers who have requested credit notes will be emailed a _BAIS gift card to the value of the credit received, this will include a unique code for future purchases and is valid for 12 months from date of issue.
- Our company policy and systems do not support refunds with Afterpay purchases.
- For items purchased with Afterpay, we are able to offer a credit note.
- Any package being to us requesting a refund which has been purchased through Afterpay will automatically be issued with a credit note.
- Afterpay is a separate entity, any queries in its regards must be made to the directly.
Please note we do not refund sale items, this included flash sales where codes have been applied. For all items purchased on sale, we are happy to issue credit.
