An item available for “pre-order” is one that will be available to dispatch in the near future. The scheduled delivery for a pre order item is an estimate and may vary a few days.


Orders are processed between 9am - 5pm AWST, Monday to Friday.

All orders will be shipped and tracked via Austpost Express.

Please allow 24 - 72 hours for order processing. Orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the following business day.

All items sold are non-refundable including items purchased via Afterpay.You may return any full priced item/s for an exchange or credit voucher within 7 days of purchase.

Returns are not offered for items purchased on discount offers, promo codes or sale items.

Returned items must be unworn, unused, unwashed will all original tags attached. All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are dispatched to customers. Returns that are damaged, show signs of wear (including traces of makeup, perfume, deodorant etc.) or do not have their original tags attached may not be accepted and may be returned to sender.

In the event a return does not meet the set standards, _BAIS reserves the right to reject the return.

Please allow 3 - 5 days for processing from the date we receive your return.

_BAIS is not liable for the loss of garments being returned. We encourage you to return your item/s via registered or traceable postal services and taking note of your tracking number. Returned items must be sent by a prepaid method of shipping. Before returning please ensure you’ve read and understood our returns policy.


You are responsible for shipping and handling charges to return any unwanted items.

We offer free returns on orders that are deemed faulty.

We aim to provide our customers with products of the highest standard and quality. If you have received an item with a defect please contact our customer care team at with a brief description and upload a photo or two showing the defect/fault.

Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within six months of purchase. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear or incorrect garment care are not considered to be faulty.

We are happy to issue a store credit valid for 6 months or exchange within 7 days of purchase.
